I am delighted to introduce myself as Nicola Marshall, I completed my nursing degree in 2023 and my experience has led me to the NHS and private sector for over 15 years. I started as a Phlebotomist for the NHS and over time developed a number of qualifications in specialist training for Micro Suction and Skin Blemish Aesthetic treatments using the latest technology in Cryotherapy. My most recent endeavors have been working within the Private GP setting and private GP clinics. gaining a wealth of experience removing wax through micro suction and water irrigation, including leading a team of nurses and Healthcare assistants has been my passion that I have indeed enjoyed. I currently now have teamed up with Confidental Smiles located in Sandhurst, working under them I am proud to be offering my own Healthcare services under this lovely CQC registered setting and I am a fully registered nurse under the NMC.

I convey my extensive nursing experience to ensure patient safety with effective and safe services such as Ear Wax removal to both adults and children, alongside skin treatments using Cryotherapy, wound care, stitch removal and many more services offering flexibility to all patients. My aim is to create a safe, reassuring environment and go that extra mile ensuring patient comfort and safety are following the highest standards at all times
